Ingredients:

500gr periwinkle
2 tablespoons minced lemongrass
Spices: sugar, garlic, dried purple onion, fish sauce, chili powder, chili
Scallion.

Process:

Step 1: Soak periwinkle into cold water added sliced chili about 4 – 5 hours.

Step 2: After soak, clean with water 3 times, then pour them into pot and boil about 5 – 8 minutes. Next, pour into basket and wait to dry.

Step 3: Even it is one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes, you should not neglect when cooking it. Peel off the cover of garlic, mince it with purple onion. Clean scallion, slice small. Heat the pan, fry minced garlic + purple onion with a little oil until it is fragrant, next add more minced lemongrass into pan and fry about 1 – 2 minutes.

Step 4: Next, pour periwinkle into pan, add a little fish sauce + 1 teaspoon sugar + 1 teaspoon chili powder, fry together about 5 – 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Finally, your dish is ready to serve. Pour on plate, add more sliced scallion on face. Using with dipping sauce or not depends on you. I suggest you should use it when it is hot. It is more perfect.
