Cassava Sweet Soup with Sticky Rice (Chè Củ Sắn Với Nếp)

Ingredients:

300gr Cassava fruit
1 bunch Pandan leaves
2 tablespoons sticky rice flour
¼ bowl white sugar
Salt
1 tablespoon dried tapioca pearl
100gr Roasted peanut, peeled and smashed
50gr sliced coconut meat
200ml coconut milk.
1 Vanilla tube.

Process:

Step 1: Clean pandan leaves, cut into short pieces, and add into grind it well. Filter to get pandan water. Soak dried tapioca pearls in cold water about 15 minutes.
