40 pieces of wonton leaves
250g beef or pork (depend on your flavor)
120g shrimps (peeled and minced)
450g cabbage (cleaned and sliced)
225g shiitake mushrooms
1 onion (cleaned and sliced)
3 spring onions
3 cloves of garlic (peeled and minced)
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
1 egg, 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of black soy sauce.
