Ingredients:

8 – 10 big jackfruit segments
1 bowl sticky rice
Salt, sugar
200ml coconut milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon white sugar, 1 teaspoon corn starch
1 bunch of Cẩm leaves (to create natural purple color)
Coconut meat (sliced thinly), roasted sesame.

Process:

Step 1: Clean well Cẩm leaves. Put them into pot, add more cold water (1 bowl) and cook until it secretes purple color. Cook about 7 – 10 minutes and put away all leaves, keep the water, wait to reduce heat.

Step 6: Pour coconut milk, salt, sugar, corn starch into pot, bring to cook with medium heat. Do not stop stirring when cooking until it is thick. Turn off the heat and wait to get cold.

Step 7: Use spoon to scoop a little sticky rice is cooked in step 3 and add into each jackfruit segment. Then add more sliced coconut, mixture sesame with salt and sugar and finally pour a little coconut syrup on top.
