It is not only tasty, but also really fresh for your body and health. Even you are difficult for eating, you will satisfy when making one of amazing Vietnamese Recipes Vegetarian like this.

Ingredients:

400g green broccoli
150g fresh tofu
2 cloves of garlic
Soy sauce, sesame oil
Spring onion, roasted sesame seeds.

Process:

Step 1: Clean green broccoli, cut off the harsh part, and slice into short pieces. Peel off the cover of garlic, mince well. Clean spring onion, slice small.

Step 2: Boil water, add broccoli and sliced tofu into pot about 1 minute.

Step 3: Then, soak broccoli in cold water immediately to help keeping its natural green color.

Step 4: Add tofu into cotton and use your hands to smash it well.

Step 5: Mix broccoli with smashed tofu into bowl with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, minced garlic, roasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onion.

Step 6: Mix gently this mixture by your clean hands, taste again to suit your flavor. And wait for 15 minutes before serving.

    I like to use tofu to replace eggs in diehss I used to love.Scrambled Tofu just search is really easy and deliciousI also make a tofu salad Crumble up tofu add mayo and mustard any spices you like and stir.I also use tofu as an egg for breakfast sand
